Very bad service ,no amenities and not even a single compliment water for our stay.
We book 3 rooms for 6 notes.

Идеальное расположение отеля. 2 лифта чтобы попасть в номер. Но элементарных дешевых вещей в номере нет, таких как тапочки, щётки и фен. Может есть по запросу, но крайне неудобно если на 1 ночь приехал и нет времени ждать.

Super good location right at Times square where all the buzz is. Everything is right down the hotel from shows to places to eat and Big Bus tour

The front desk lady that checked us in was super nice and understanding. She allowed us to check in early which was really appreciated since we flew in from CA and with the time different and able to rest for a bit in the room before we start our day was the best ever.

The hotel was nice, new, and the location was excellent

本以為萬豪品牌下的不錯酒店，價格趕上國內5星價格，可是實際也就3星不到的水平，服務不錯，地段不錯，但是設備陳舊，隔音效果不好，街上的聲音和過道的聲音，晚上12點還能聽到。房間連吹風機也沒有。不值這個價格。
